Shipping and freight for stoves
We offer freight on stoves bought from us give us a address and we can get a quote.
on top of shipping fees there are crating fees as the cost of lumber continues to go up unfortunately so does this rate feel free to ask when ordering.
When we ship stoves the are secured to a pallet and a crate is built around the stove to protect it from damage in transport.
When you receive your crate BEFORE you sign for the shipment you MUST open the crate and inspect the stove to ensure no damage has been done in transport, if there is you have to refuse the load and the shipping company will have to take it back and a claim filed, if you sign for the crate it is then YOURS any damage found afterwards will not be covered by the shipper or us, we will gladly help you replace or repair any pieces if this happens but we are not responsible.
Inspection of the items no matter how rushed the driver seems is a must before signing or allowing them to leave the crate this is the golden rule in freight, again if you sign for it you then own it!
If you refuse a shipment for non damage such as just changing your mind you will get a full refund minus the shipping cost to and from your shipping address and the crating fees.
